Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a loving, compassionate person.
- Experience is preferred but not a must, we will provide in-house training.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job. (Lifting, transferring, bending over, cleaning/mopping, etc.)
- Must be able to pass a background screening and a drug test.
- Must be a very dependable and patient person. (Our participants are used to a routine and any change in that routine throws them off.) Job Description
- Toileting and feeding clients in line with their individual needs.
- Initiating and carrying out activities in a fun, productive way.
- Interacting with clients at all times, making them feel loved, special, and happy.
- Light cleaning duties. (Mopping, sweeping, dusting, etc.)
- Assisting in all areas of consumer care as they need it.
