Job Description

Seniors Home Care is seeking a part-time Caregiver Recruiter who will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding. This role is ideal for an organized and people-focused professional who enjoys supporting candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. You will conduct in-person interviews, track interview outcomes, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, collect required employment documentation, coordinate orientation, and ensure a smooth handoff of new hires to Human Resources.
Pay:
$24.00 to $26.00 (based on experience)
Hours:
20-24 hours per week
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person interviews with job candidates. Evaluate candidate qualifications and document interview outcomes. Track and maintain recruitment and hiring records. Follow up with candidates regarding application status, interview results, and next steps. Collect and verify required pre-employment documents. Schedule and confirm new hire orientation sessions. Prepare orientation packets and onboarding materials. Communicate onboarding requirements to new hires. Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate status and hiring decisions. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws. Facilitate a seamless transition of new hires to the Human Resources department upon completion of onboarding requirements. Qualifications High school diploma required Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruitment tracking systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
