In Home Caregiver

Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and reduce feelings of loneliness Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary requirements Follow care plans meticulously to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or observations Requirements Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving preferred; experience with geriatrics is highly valued Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect compassionately with clients from diverse backgrounds Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility safely Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred for travel between client homes Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control procedures in a home setting Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus; willingness to obtain relevant training if not already certified Experience working with individuals requiring post-acute or sub-acute care is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact through personalized in-home care!
