Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, supporting their physical and emotional needs Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing in accordance with individual care plans Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and development Support early childhood education initiatives by teaching basic skills and facilitating classroom activities Administer first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet each individual's needs Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly valued Demonstrated classroom experience or involvement in early childhood education programs Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including understanding their unique needs and milestones Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families We are dedicated to creating a positive work environment where caregivers feel supported, valued, and empowered.
