Job Description
Employment Requirements:
- Must have High School diploma and one year of patient care experience required.
- Must complete application for employment.
- Must be 18 or older
- Below are the required documents for employment. Please fax information to 769-300-2571 Must pass background check. Must have current T.B. skin test less than a year
- If TB skin test is over a year, must repeat Tb skin test
- Employment Physical from M.
Exceptions:
Please notify company of current certifications or licensures. PCA courses can be taken in office and must be completed before hire date. CNA license or Medical Assistant Certification accepted. Social Security Card Current CPR card certification- First Aid& Healthcare provider "required courses" can be taken online or at any CPR approved testing site.
