Job Description

​Caregiver / Care Professional Missoula, MT $18
  • 20 per hour (DOE) Your Role As a Care Professional, you will provide compassionate support that helps seniors remain safe and independent in their homes.
You will be part of a dedicated team focused on improving the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities Assist with personal care including: Toileting Showering Dressing Provide support for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia care Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care Shifts Available Daytime shifts: 7 AM
  • 9 PM Overnight shifts: 9 PM
  • 7 AM (sleeping shifts available) Weekend availability required
  • at least 1 shift per weekend Differential pay available for overnight shifts Qualifications Ability to treat seniors with dignity, respect, and compassion Experience with personal care services, bed-bound care, dementia care, or end-of-life care required Minimum 1 year of home health or caregiving experience required Valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass background and DMV checks Reliable transportation Benefits 401(k) (after 1 year of employment) 401(k) matching Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Paid orientation Supportive team environment with 24/7 office support Work Location In-person•Missoula, MT 59808 Apply Today We can't wait to meet you!
