As part of the nonprofit Givens Communities , Givens Home First supports residents within our communities and the surrounding WNC area so you can truly get to know the people you support. As an In-Home Aide and Companion, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy, and safe life at home. Why you'll love this role: Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, overnights available) Consistent location for the entirety of your shift Supportive team environment 1:1 client connection What you'll do: Provide Companionship and emotional support Assist with daily tasks (ADLs & IADLs) like errands, meals, and housekeeping Support clients with household organization and routines Communicate updates to the care team Document visits and follow care plans What you'll need: Must have an active, unencumbered NC drivers license Ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks Current CPR Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience preferred, but not required
