Excellent Training Competitive Pay and Benefits What You Will Do:
Make unoccupied beds. Clean resident equipment. Clean residents' personal care and grooming items. Maintain residents' closets, bedside stands, and drawers in a clean, orderly, and odor-free manner. Label clothing and belongings. Complete admission inventory of clothing and belongings. Monitor and replenish resident care articles. Answer call lights and assist with non-caregiving tasks (e.g., change TV channels, open windows, adjust items within reach, relay care requests to nursing staff). Transport residents to meals and activities. Assist with meal service , including passing trays, setting up meal trays, and picking up food trays. Assist residents who cannot feed themselves , after being properly trained and checked off as a feeding assistant. Provide ice water to residents every shift. Supervise smoke breaks for supervised smokers. Provide breaks and supervision to our secure unit.
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent related work experience. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
