Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will provide attentive, nurturing care while fostering growth, independence, and well-being. Whether supporting infants, toddlers, or children with special needs, your dedication will help create a safe, engaging environment that promotes childhood development and happiness. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood education activities, including teaching basic skills and encouraging social interaction Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for young children Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and developmental exercises Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and needs Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance as needed Apply first aid techniques promptly in case of minor injuries or emergencies Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly desirable Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including diapering and feeding routines Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive behavior in young children Hands-on experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; training can be provided if necessary Demonstrated ability to nurture, teach, and support children's growth in a safe environment We are committed to providing paid opportunities that empower caregivers to thrive professionally while enriching the lives of those they serve.
