Job Description
Personal Care Aide (PCA) We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality in-home care and support to clients in the Cary/Raleigh, NC area. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with medication reminders Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Provide respectful, compassionate, and dependable care Qualifications CNA certification preferred but not required CPR certification required TB test required Must pass a background check Reliable and dependable Previous caregiving experience preferred Must have good communication skills and a caring attitude Schedule Full-time Sunday-Saturday availability Flexible shifts may be available Pay $13-$15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
