We're looking for an experienced Lead Caregiver to join our Community Care team! This is a great fit for someone who loves variety and wants something a little different from a traditional one-client assignment. As a Lead Caregiver, you'll work with multiple clients in a beautiful community setting , provide hands-on care, support other caregivers when needed, and help make sure our clients receive the dependable, compassionate care they deserve. - Providing personal care and companionship
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Supporting multiple clients with different care needs
- Stepping in when additional caregiver coverage is needed
- Communicating client updates to our care coordination team
- Participating in the on-call rotation We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:

- Confident working with multiple clients and varying levels of care
- A strong communicator and team player Experience Required Applicants must have previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting.
