What You'll Do:

Assist clients with ambulatory mobility and toileting Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, skin care, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation, feeding, food handling, and household support Care for clothing, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks Observe and report self-administered medications Record vital signs including BP, temperature, heart rate, respirations, and blood sugar Recognize and report indicators of abuse, neglect, illness, or safety concerns Provide basic first aid and respond to emergency needs according to company policy Follow an RN-guided care plan and document visits accurately through the company mobile app and compliance systems
