JOB TITLE SPANISH-SPEAKING PCA/ HHA/CNA CAREGIVER JOB SUMMARY
Rehoboth Homecare Services LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Spanish-speaking Personal Care Assistants to provide quality in-home care and support to clients in the Durham & Raleigh area. The ideal candidate should be caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others maintain comfort and independence.
DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility,
  • Provide compassionate support to individuals with autism and behavioral challenges using appropriate care techniquesEnsure client safety and well-being at all times,
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
  • Offer companionship and emotional support during care hours
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report behavioral, emotional, or health-related changes promptly
  • Complete daily care notes and documentation accurately following the care plan
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members .
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion, and emotional resilience
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally
  • Dependability and strong time-management skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
  • Basic documentation and reporting skills
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
