In this vital role, you will provide personalized in-home care to clients, supporting their daily activities and promoting independence. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide companionship to promote emotional well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals Manage light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment Support medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring safety and comfort throughout activities Requirements Prior experience in home care or related caregiving roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills Ability to handle diverse client needs with patience and professionalism Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if necessary Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures in a home setting Familiarity with medical-surgical care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is advantageous Experience working with individuals requiring Level II trauma center or hospital medicine support is a plus Embark on a fulfilling career where your efforts directly improve lives!
