Role Overview:

As an Overnight Caregiver at Visiting Angels, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized overnight care for seniors in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure each client receives the support they require to maintain their independence and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults during their most vulnerable hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their well-being. Monitor and document clients' physical and emotional needs, reporting any significant changes to management. Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Collaborate with the care team to create and follow personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, Monday through Friday. Possess specialized training in elderly care or dementia care.

This position is on-site and located in Gastonia, North Carolina.
