Job Description
We will help prospective applicants obtain required training for Adult Male Residential Treatment Facility, so the inexperienced are welcome as well. Must have specific trainings (CPR, First Aid, NCI, Med. Admin., etc.) 1. CPR 2. First Aid 3. Blood-borne Pathogens 4. Medication Administration 5. NCI Training Essential Duties

- Can cook and provide nutritious meals in a clean wholesome, therapeutic atmosphere.
- Work with other staff members to ensure that the individual's Plan of Care is followed and documentation is completed on daily schedules and goal progress.
- Administer medication to clients in facilities and communicate with medical professionals.
- Assist client with daily chores and personal hygiene care by supervising these activities completed by the persons served. This includes assisting with appointments and school activities
- Interact professionally with the Department of Social Services, Parents, and School Administrator as needed. Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Required), Along with Reliable Transportation to Job (Punctuality Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED)
- At least one years related experience preferred-Ability to work collaboratively alongside other staff daily on shift-Handle multiple responsibilities, and Assign priority to activities
- Ability to manage the goals of multiple individuals and families on a timely bas
- Complete and maintain current trainings which includes but not limited to the following: CPR/First Aid, NCI, Medication Administration, OSHA / Blood Borne Pathogens training, and core competencies and any training relevant to position as defined by program guidelinesSpecial Population training, Cultural Diversity (Agency will provide if needed)Must have a high level of professionalism, patience, and compassion.
Hours of shifts available:
