Real live-in work, with private sleeping quarters and a private bathroom in every home or apartment you work in. You won't be out there alone We have a full-time agency RN who trains new caregivers, does hands-on skills coaching for transfers and continence care and who you call when something changes with your client and you're not sure what it means. We're non-medical, but we take teaching seriously. You'll learn to spot changes most aides are never taught to look for, and you'll learn what to write down and why it matters. Pay Daily rate based on the case and schedule: $200 to $230 per day, paid weekly. Overtime paid as required by law. Schedule 5 days on, 2 days off, with relief coverage on your days off 7 on / 7 off or full month schedules also available Private bedroom and private bathroom provided Uninterrupted sleep period and scheduled meal breaks, with pay for interruptions What you'll do Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, continence care Medication reminders and documenting what the client actually took Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry Companionship and cognitive engagement Reporting changes in condition, behavior, appetite, sleep, or alertness What we need Experience caring for older adults, paid or unpaid. No certification required. Ability to safely assist with transfers Pass a criminal background check and health screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to live in the client's home during scheduled days Willingness to actually write down what you observe
