Role Description The Job Title role is an on-site position based at Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center in Oxford, NC. This role involves working directly with residents, families, and colleagues to support high-quality care and a positive living environment. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with resident needs, coordinating with clinical and support teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and following established policies and procedures.
