Join Our Team at A Better Solution In Home Care A Better Solution In Home Care has been delivering compassionate, quality care for 20 years, and we've just opened our first branch in North Carolina — now we're looking for YOU to join us in making a difference! This is a W‑2 employee position with
ABS. ABS
assigns shifts based on your stated availability—picking and choosing shifts is not permitted.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $17-$20 an hour, the highest in the Raleigh area.
Flexible scheduling:
Full-time or Part-time, days/evenings/overnights. Easy access to care plans with our online scheduling system. Employee and client referral bonuses. Employee recognition program.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking skilled, empathetic Caregivers to support clients in the Raleigh area. Work in Personal Homes, Senior Living, Assisted Living Facilities, and Rehab Facilities. Ideally based in or near Durham or Fuquay-Varina. Our caregivers change lives every day, delivering personalized care that includes: Companionship Personal Care Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Light Housekeeping & Transportation Qualifications:
Two forms of ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Social Security Card). Current TB test (within a year).
If CNA:
Valid First Aid/CPR certification. Clear background check. Reliable transportation. Must live within a 30-minute drive from our Raleigh office. Empathy, compassion, and kindness! Applicants must commit to working weekends regularly. Benefits of Working for
