- encourage nutrition and independence Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators Communicate with families and team members to ensure excellent care Engage residents through activities and companionship Respond quickly and confidently in emergency situations What You Bring Current AHA CPR certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred Valid driver's license with good driving record Comfort working in homes with pets (cats and dogs) A caring heart and a passion for helping others
