Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals with intellectual development disabilities. Duties Assist individuals with daily routines, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility support Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, and behavioral management Provide care by monitoring health, hygiene, and safety needs Support learning through teaching basic skills, encouraging social interaction, and fostering independence Administer first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to ensure well-being at all times Maintain a clean, organized environment suitable for daily living Communicate regularly with house manager about progress, concerns, or special needs Qualifications Previous experience working with individuals with mental health disabilities is preferred, but not required. Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong understanding of behavior management techniques for adults with metal health.
