Responsibilities may include:

Companionship and supervision Assistance with daily living activities Personal care and mobility support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication administration, when permitted Client assessments and skilled nursing visits Accurate and timely documentation Reporting changes in a client's condition

Qualifications:

Valid certification or nursing license when required Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Home-care experience is preferred

Position Details:
