This vital role involves providing comprehensive assistance with activities of dail livin, health monitoring, and emotional well-being, ensuring person receives respectful, personalized care in their home community setting. energetic and caring approach will help promote independence, safety, comfort and improv quality of life. If on the job training required, can do with most things Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support May use specialized equipment such as lifts or wheelchairs, etc. Facilitate safe transfers and mobility Maintain privacy Supportive memory care and movement techniques and meaningful engagement activities Perform housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment Provide emotional support, companionship, and social engagement, rom and enhance overall well-being Help get ready for medical appointments and help to be on time Experience as personal caregiver helpful Ability to lift heavy objects safely with and without using equipment like Hoyer lifts; physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility support Excellent communication skills and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality Experience in meal preparation aligned with dietary restrictions; adept at cleaning and maintaining a hygienic environment Knowledge of understanding and implementation of care tailored to individual needs helpful Compassionate demeanor combined with patience, adaptability, and strong observational skills
