Family Support Worker serving the Ogallala Community and surrounding areas. Hiring Timeline Immediately, with a flexible start date Responsibilities include: Provide supervised visitation and drug testing to monitor the safety of children in the family home Teach, coach, and support families in skill development related to parenting, basic nutrition, sobriety, healthy relationships, and home management Document to support observations during visits with the family Agreement with Valor's work culture: Solution-oriented, professional, pursuit of excellence and accountability Playful, sense of humor, self-care, and self-awareness Assumes the best intentions from colleagues, provides grace, and extends help to others Requirements include: High school Diploma and 2 years of related work experience Ability to provide transportation to youth to meet with clients in their homes for support services Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays to meet the availability of families Pass a background check Access to a cell phone and email daily
