Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic planning frameworks that support long-term growth and operational stability. Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Oversee project management efforts ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that support organizational objectives. Utilize data-driven decision making to inform strategic management practices and operational analysis. Lead operational management efforts by establishing best practices in business operations, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Skills Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management. Strong background in business development management and strategic planning. Expertise in change management methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions during process or structural changes. Extensive knowledge of business operations, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss analysis. Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives at all levels. Demonstrated leadership in executive-level team management and supervision of diverse teams. Skilled in project management techniques with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis. Ability to make data-driven decisions that align with strategic objectives while managing risk effectively. Experience in program management, operational management, and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
