Role:
Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team in Bedford, NH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:
Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements Dementia Training Certification a plus
