Job Summary
THE JOB LOCATION OPENING AREAS ARE
Raymond NH, Concord NH, Laconia NH, Belmont NH, Manchester NH The PCSP (Personal Care Support Professional) plays a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. This position requires a dedicated individual who can assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The PCSP will work closely with clients to enhance their quality of life through personalized care plans. Duties Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs. Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in personal care or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Certification in CPR/First Aid is beneficial but not required at the time of hiring; training will be provided.
