We provide Total Care Solutions from Private Duty nursing to comprehensive Home Care; we tie this together with our unique in-home technology platform, the Wellness Hub. Homewatch Caregivers supports the most vulnerable members of our community at their homes through innovative, comprehensive end-to-end care.

Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Southern NH, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being and comfort of those you serve. Whether you work on-site in Hillsborough, New Hampshire, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and support to clients, creating a positive environment. Assist with medications and maintain detailed health records. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the implementation of personalized care plans.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English. Compassionate and patient personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 18 YO or older

Bonus If You:

Have certifications in CPR or first aid, or are a Certified Home Health Aide Are familiar with special-needs care, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinsons. Possess additional language skills.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Hillsborough, New Hampshire.
