We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care and support within an assisted living community. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and dignity in a supportive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Provide assistance during meal preparation and serving , ensuring dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Uphold resident rights and promote a caring, respectful atmosphere. Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized care plans and address resident needs. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to supervisors. Foster meaningful relationships with residents to support their social and emotional health.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in assisting with ADLs in an assisted living or home care setting preferred. Knowledge of resident rights and caregiving best practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks when required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents and families. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing quality care. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs .

$18.50
