The ideal candidate is fluent in speaking Russian, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to promoting the client's comfort, safety, and independence. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care. Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless authorized). Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team. Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and agency staff in speaking Russian. Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment. Bathing/showering assistance and safety supervision Qualifications Fluent in speaking Russian (required). Previous caregiving experience preferred. HHA, CNA, or PCA certification preferred (if applicable). Reliable, compassionate, patient, and professional. Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
