Role Overview:

As a Part Time Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care Central NJ, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to our clients during various shifts. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients. Working on-site, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections while supporting individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and compassionate care to clients in their home environment. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medications as instructed and monitor clients' health status. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients. Collaborate with the caregiving team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Bonus If You:

Have a certification in CPR or First Aid. Are bilingual, which could enhance communication with clients. Possess training in elderly care or specific conditions, such as dementia care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Edison, New Jersey.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.50 per hour
