  • We're always here to help Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help with mobility and transportation as needed, including heavy lifting when assisting clients. Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space to promote a safe environment. Monitor and document changes in client conditions or behaviors, reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel. Administer first aid as necessary and assist with medication reminders under supervision. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred but not required. Knowledge of patient care practices, including first aid and basic nursing skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a client home or similar environment.
