Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Nannies and Caregivers to be apart of our childcare agency. You will provide exceptional childcare and support to children of various ages. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while engaging children in educational and fun activities. Your dedication will help foster their development, ensuring they feel loved, secure, and stimulated. We connect you with families and help negotiate and establish contracts between provider and family. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare areas Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns with professionalism and care. CPR certified or willing to obtain. Assist with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap schedules Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans and working closely with families or specialists Skills Proven experience in nannying or caregiving roles, especially with young children or infants Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific activities for toddlers and preschoolers Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and efficiently Strong skills in meal preparation and understanding of nutritional requirements for children Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members Capable of maintaining a clean environment through regular cleaning routines related to childcare tasks Please apply if you are seeking nanny representation.
