Job Description

Job Summary Monday thru Friday 7am to 2pm. Must be 18 + years old We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Caregiver to join our team immediately! This vital role involves providing exceptional care and nurturing support to infants, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness. As an Infant Caregiver, you will create a warm, engaging environment that promotes early childhood growth and learning. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help lay a strong foundation for each child's future while fostering a positive and enriching experience for families. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children through compassionate caregiving and early childhood education. Duties Provide attentive, loving care to infants, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing as needed Support infants' developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities focused on sensory exploration, motor skills, and social interaction Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations Observe and document each infant's progress, behaviors, and needs to communicate effectively with parents and team members Implement routines that promote consistency and security for infants' daily schedules Engage in play-based learning activities that stimulate curiosity and early cognitive development Assist with classroom management by fostering positive behavior and encouraging social skills among infants Requirements Hours are Monday thru Friday from 7am to 2pm. Proven experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Strong understanding of classroom management techniques tailored for early childhood environments Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and respond promptly to infants' needs Join us in creating a nurturing space where infants can thrive!
