Where You'll Make a Difference Execute laboratory and application work to support fragrance and technology development in Home Care and Air Care Design and run experiments to generate high-quality data and evaluate product performance Adapt testing methods and technologies to develop practical and scalable solutions Contribute to prototype development and innovation through testing and data generation Partner with Perfumery, R D, and Innovation teams to deliver project objectives Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams Support preparation of technical data, protocols, and samples for presentations What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 0-2 years of experience, OR Master's degree with 0-1 years of experience Hands-on laboratory or application science experience Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Interest in fragrance performance and product applications How Would You Stand Out? Salary Ranges:
