$25 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team to work in our clients home. Client requires assistance with ADLs including dressing, hygiene, and eating. Experience is a plus because client may engage in behaviors. Client also enjoys recreational community outings. This role is essential in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and experience with IDD is a plus. Staff will need reliable vehicle to provide transportation. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a group home setting is preferred. Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring techniques is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. High School Diploma or Equivalent Non Probationary Driver's License Reliable vehicle Valid NJ driver's license (cannot be probationary) SS card, birth certificate, or passport (just 1) High school diploma or equivalent CPR if you have the certification
