Job Description

Pay Rate:
$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Wednesday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, reliable in-home caregiver to provide personalized support for an individual with developmental disabilities. Looking for a staff to assist client who is on the spectrum, and can exhibit behaviors. Staff must be attentive and interactive during the shift. The staff will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and will also try going out into the community with the client's mother. Staff must have a reliable vehicle.
Qualifications:
Valid NJ Non-probationary driver's license High school diploma or equivalent CPR/FA certification if completed Minimum one year of experience working in a group home setting with those with developmental disabilities Must have own vehicle and valid car insurance to drive client into the community Heart to Heart is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
