Position Summary Friends of Cyrus II is seeking an experienced In-Home Support Supervisor to oversee the development and coordination of individualized, one-to-one services provided to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. In-home services are authorized through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities and provide direct support to help individuals increase independence, strengthen daily living and social skills, participate in community activities, and achieve the outcomes identified in their Individualized Service Plans. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation and growth of the In-Home Supports service line. Coordinate referrals, intake, service planning, and the start of services for new individuals. Review Individualized Service Plans, authorized service hours, support needs, outcomes, and participant preferences. Match staff with individuals based on support needs, location, schedule, personality, and compatibility. Maintain reliable staffing coverage and respond to call-outs, scheduling concerns, and service interruptions. Communicate regularly with individuals, families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Monitor service delivery through home visits, staff supervision, documentation review, and participant and family feedback. Ensure services are person-centered and provided in accordance with DDD requirements, approved service authorizations, Individualized Service Plans, and agency policies. Track referrals, service starts, staffing needs, authorized hours, service utilization, and program outcomes. Address participant, family, staffing, and service-delivery concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Clinical Services, Nursing, and agency leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Current or previous experience working as a Support Coordinator within the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities service system is required. Previous supervisory, program-management, or team-leadership experience in intellectual and developmental disability services, home-based services, healthcare, or another human-services setting. Experience coordinating services and communicating with individuals, families, guardians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple individuals, employees, schedules, authorizations, and service needs. Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to individuals' homes and community locations throughout assigned service areas. Flexibility to respond to urgent staffing or service concerns outside regular business hours when needed. Preferred Experience Experience recruiting, scheduling, and supervising Direct Support Professionals is strongly preferred. $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
