Part-time, full-time, (new assignments added daily) About Golden Heart Advocacy Golden Heart Advocacy specializes in providing one-on-one direct care services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Golden Heart team member, our goal is to provide the highest quality of service with compassion, empathy, and empowerment. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 23-year-old female in the Monmouth County area. The family is looking for a Golden Heart team member to support and empower their loved one in engaging interactive activities. Responsibilities & Interests Provide one-on-one support during community and recreational activities. Offer verbal reminders and guidance throughout daily routines.

She is a kind and personable individual with a wonderful sense of humor who enjoys engaging in a variety of recreational activities. Her interests include horseback riding, playing basketball, and dancing. She especially enjoys interactive and sensory-friendly outings, such as visiting Chuck E. Cheese and the virtual reality attraction at Bell Works, where she particularly enjoys the virtual roller coaster experience.

Qualifications Required:
