We're seeking an Account Manager to join the Fragrance, Home & Personal Care division for North America to drive strategic partnerships, deliver profitable growth, and serve as a commercial ambassador. You will build and support account plans, forecast performance, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The Account Manager is responsible for business development by winning briefs and increasing business with selected clients and collaborates with creative and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and grow relationships with global and national retailers and brand owners Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales, margin, and market share Lead customer negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions Manage forecasts, pipelines, and revenue targets Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R D, Operations, and Supply Chain Provide market insights to support innovation and competitive positioning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Chemistry • Three (3) plus years in sales/account and project management (fragrance or specialty preferred) • Requires a knowledge of fragrance and olfactive evaluation skills Strong MS Office skills and commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, and negotiations Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Required travel to customer locations, conferences, etc. to manage business
