About the Role As a Certified Home Health Aide at Right at Home Ocean County, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. Our ideal candidate is a certified and experienced CHHA who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide personal hygiene and companionship services to clients Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Offer emotional support and dementia care as needed Safely transfer clients and prevent falls Accompany clients to errands and appointments Maintain a clean and organized work environment
