As our agency continues to grow, we are building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities within our organization. We are interested in individuals with experience in home care, healthcare administration, Medicaid programs, or related healthcare settings. Areas of Experience We Are Seeking Candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas: EVV and/or timesheet review HHAeXchange Authorizations and eligibility verification Payroll Accounts receivable and payment reconciliation Medicaid and managed care billing Scheduling and caregiver coordination Intake and new client onboarding Insurance/MCO portals Compliance and documentation Office administration and operations Customer service and communication with clients, caregivers, and insurance plans You do not need experience in every area listed above. We are interested in speaking with candidates whose experience may complement our existing team. What We Look For The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish), organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced home care environment. Strong follow-through and the ability to identify and resolve issues are important. Home care agency experience is required. Experience with HHAeXchange, Medicaid, MLTSS, managed care organizations, billing, authorizations, or EVV is especially valuable. Both experienced home care professionals and candidates looking to grow into greater responsibility are encouraged to apply.
