Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive, loving, and reliable care for children in a private home setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support children's development, ensure their safety, and create a nurturing environment that promotes growth and happiness. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your dedication will help families thrive by providing exceptional childcare with a focus on safety, engagement, and personalized attention. Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences. Assist with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap schedules. Maintain a clean and organized living space through residential housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry. Provide transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or extracurricular activities using personal vehicle if necessary. Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and ensuring their comfort and safety. Administer first aid and CPR when needed, following safety protocols to handle emergencies effectively. Foster a positive environment that encourages social skills, independence, and emotional well-being. Qualifications Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities. Valid certifications in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations. Demonstrated nannying or private home childcare experience with multiple children preferred. Strong knowledge of childcare best practices including infant care, toddler care, meal preparation, and developmental activities. Ability to assist with personal transportation needs safely and responsibly. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers. Reliable, energetic, positive attitude with a genuine passion for caring for children.
