This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment while engaging children in educational and fun activities. We have a 10 month old and a 3 year old. We are mostly looking for care for our 10 month old or both when our 3 y/o isn't in school. Duties Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Outside play or walks daily (weather permitting) Create activities for children either inside and outside Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Assist with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Maintain a clean and organized environment, cleaning and tidying of play areas and children's belongings Follow safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and ensure emergency contacts are readily available Skills Proven experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting or working in daycare settings Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond effectively to emergencies Minor cooking skills to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents and caregivers effectively Join us in creating a joyful, safe space where our kids can thrive!
