Job Overview:

A Love For Life is looking for a compassionate Caregiver who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to senior residents in the community. As a Caregiver , you will assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and ensure their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Medication Assistance:

Administer medications as prescribed and document accordingly.

Meal Preparation:

Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if necessary.

Housekeeping:

Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Companionship:

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversation.

Mobility Assistance:

Assist residents with mobility needs, including transferring and walking.

Observation and Reporting:

Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.

Safety:

Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a care giving role, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting. Compassionate and caring demeanour. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
