QualificationsRequirements To qualify for this caregiver position, candidates must: Be at least 18 years old Have a high school diploma or GED Be legally authorized to work in the United States Possess a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Have a dependable cell phone with active service Be able to pass a criminal background check Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and professionalism Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), personal care aide (PCA), certified nursing assistant (CNA), direct support professional (DSP), or family caregiver is preferred but not required.
