Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team, committed to providing exceptional support and personalized care to the client in various settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the client you serve by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will help foster independence and dignity for your client while ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, feeding, cleaning, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Support client with creating a calm and supportive environment as well a protecting clients confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding. Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning tasks to promote hygiene and comfort Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to assist with heavy lifting or transfers safely Observe and document patient conditions meticulously, reporting any changes or concerns promptly. Follow established care plans and protocols while providing compassionate direct support in home & community care settings Support patient during emergencies by applying first aid or CPR when needed, adhering to safety standards Transport patient to and from appointments, and pick up patients medications and medical supplies as needed. Experience Prior experience working as a caregiver is highly desirable. Familiarity with working with individuals with physical disabilities Knowledge of medication administration, vital signs measurement, and HIPAA compliance for patient privacy protection Experience performing housekeeping duties such as cleaning patient areas, cleaning his cats litter box, filling cars water, and meal preparation Ability to work effectively in long-term care environments while maintaining professionalism and empathy Must be able to pass background check Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
