Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity in a home or community setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs. Duties Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance. Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely. Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the living space of clients. Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Uphold resident rights by treating all clients with respect and dignity. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation. Experience 3+ years of professional experience in caregiving or related fields, such as senior care or home community care, is preferred. Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and caregiving best practices. Strong understanding of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients' needs. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Certification in CPR/First Aid is mandatory. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) desired but not required. Valid Driver's License and ability to transport clients with a clean driving record.
