Elderly Caregiver

Community Home Care is looking to hire Caregivers (PCA or HHA) and join our growing team in Amenia, NY area!

Paid Training Opportunities:

Paid PCA Certificate Training

• (5-6 business days). Paid ACD Test-Out Option
• (1-2 days): to qualify candidates must have at least three months of caregiving experience within the past three years.
• To be eligible for paid training, trainees must reside in Dutchess County and be able to travel to our Poughkeepsie office for classes.

Job Responsibilities:

Light Housekeeping

• Meal Preparation, shopping, laundry Personal Hygiene
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding Social Interaction, including games, reading, and conversation Monitor Vital Signs as instructed
