Provides basic case management services.
REGULATORY/STANDARDS
Adheres to the Agency Policies and Procedures when scheduling and assigning staff to cases. Ensures all staff assigned meet compliance standards.
PROFESSIONAL
Schedules case coverage, always informing both patient and/or significant other/legal guardian of the name of the scheduled caregiver. Maintains and updates scheduling lists. Assists supervisor as needed with clerical job duties & HR tasks for new hires as needed. Maintains and updates rosters, as directed. Participates in verification of schedules for employees for pay roll purposes. Works directly with the nursing staff regarding staffing. Attends meetings as requested. Answers telephone and responds to inquiries by directing calls to appropriate staff. Other assignments as directed to facilitate daily operations.
Qualifications :
Strong Computer Skills, Proficient in Microsoft office applications, Well organized and able to multi task. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work well with diverse groups of people

Microsoft Office:
1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service:
1 year (Preferred) Agency uses HHA exchange as software program if proficient the the program this is a benefit Bi-lingual would be preferred
